So why do we hate the Sheep?

Well, where do I begin?

First and foremost, its the anti-sociability of them, and no I am not talking about a previously unnoticed tendency of their's to not go outside or speak to peopleIm referring to their desire to shag sheep. How is it possible not to detest someone, or a group of people, that draw their only pleasure in life from engaging in intimate games with a farm animal?

Secondly, it's their smugness. As they swagger about in their white shirts you'd think that they are actually proud to be romancers of sheep. The way they gloat and mimic others, a neutral would presume that D*rby supporters follow a European giant and not a doomed Nationwide league team. How on earth have they the gall to insult anyone as they lie in financial squalor, with a manager that doesn't want to be there and no talent to speak of?

Then there is the stadium, it may resemble a glorified Meccano construction but let's face it its actually quite large and impressive. This is simply injustice of the highest order, why waste all that money and a big wasteland field on a soon-to-be Division two side?

Nextly, its the media. That's right, the big old local media. It's about time certain East Midlands radio stations stopped looking on the bright side of the sheep and started telling it how it is: that D*rby County FC is a rapidly sinking ship.

And of coursethe club mascot and badge.

'Rammie the Ram' has to be the most contemptible excuse for a mascot ever! Is it a ram? Is it a sheep? Is it a gibbon? No, it's a giant thing with horns and normal size feet. May I ask just how the 6ft 5, 25 stone Ram came to have feet the same size as its fingers? Id gladly pay a small fortune to smash 'Rammie the Rams' face (and small feet) in.

As for the badge, well, it depicts a Ram. A Ram stands for power, pride glory and commitment. So why on earth does it feature as part of the D*rby club crest? I personally feel that a stone in water would be the perfect badge, it would depict their current situation flawlessly - sinking.
